M&M 2024 is now accepting Post-Deadline Abstracts for Poster Presentation. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Email your abstract (PDF or Word) to: MM2024ProgramChair@microscopy.org
- The last day that post-deadline poster abstracts will be accepted is June 17 at 11:59 PM, U.S. Eastern Time.
- Post-deadline poster abstracts are NOT included in the Proceedings and are not considered “published”.
- Post-deadline poster abstracts will be posted on the M&M 2024 event website and mobile app.
- Post-deadline poster abstracts are NOT organized into symposia or topical groups.
- Post-deadline poster presentations will be scheduled either on Monday, July 29 OR on Thursday, August 1, 2024. Presenters should be available on either day.
- All post-deadline poster presentations shall be in person, in Cleveland. No virtual presentation options are available.
- All post-deadline poster presenters must register for the meeting for at least the day of their presentation.
- Acceptance notices will be sent no later than June 30, 2024.
- If you need a letter for visa application, you must register for the meeting FIRST, and then email MMRegistration@microscopy.org to request your letter.
**Please do not wait until your post-deadline acceptance before registering!**
No financial support is available for post-deadline poster presentations.
