Registration Fees
If you are not a current member of MSA or MAS (i.e., expired member or non-member), your registration fee will also include a membership fee for the society/societies of your choice, unless otherwise noted*.
Your TOTAL Registration Fee for M&M 2025 will be:

Registration does not include meals during the meeting, excluding coffee breaks, and evening social events.

Optional Registration & Fees
Pre-Meeting Congresses & Sunday Short Courses require a separate registraiton and are NOT included in Full Meeting Registrations.
Cancellation Policy
Refund requests will be honored (less $65 processing fee) if received in writing to MMRegistration@microscopy.org, by June 18, 2025.
No refunds will be given after June 18 2025.
Guest & Child Policy
Only registered attendees are permitted entry to the conference sessions, exhibit halls, and other related events. Guests, including family members, friends, or
non-registered individuals, are not allowed access to any part of the conference, including session rooms, networking events, and exhibit areas, unless they have purchased
registration. Guest passes will not be provided.
Chlidren under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Accessibility
If you require special accommodation to participate fully in the meeting, please email MeetingManager@microscopy.org. Requests made after July 2, 2025 or during the meeting in Salt Lake City will be accommodated as much as possible.
