Post-Deadline Posters

M&M 2026 is now accepting Post-Deadline Abstracts for Poster Presentation. PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 

1. Submit your abstract (PDF or Word) here: Post-Deadline Poster Submission 
   1. The template is here.
2. The last day that post-deadline poster abstracts will be accepted is June 22 at 11:59 PM, U.S. Eastern Time.
3. Post-deadline poster abstracts are NOT included in the Proceedings and are not considered “published”.
4. Post-deadline poster abstracts will be posted on the M&M 2026 event website and mobile app.
5. Post-deadline poster abstracts are NOT organized into symposia or topical groups.
6. Post-deadline poster presentations will be scheduled either on Monday, August 3 OR on Thursday, August 6, 2026. Presenters should be available on either day.
7. All post-deadline poster presentations will be in person, in Milwaukee. No virtual presentation options are available.
8. All post-deadline poster presenters must register for the meeting for at least the day of their presentation.
9. Acceptance notices will be sent no later than July 6, 2026.
10. If you need a letter for visa application, you must register for the meeting FIRST, and then email MMRegistration@microscopy.org to request your letter.

**Please do not wait until your post-deadline acceptance before registering!**

No financial support is available for post-deadline poster presentations.
