The Service Kit contains all ordering information exhibitors need to prepare for their onsite booth including shipping address and shipping dates.

IMS is the official General Services Contractor for M&M 2026.
IMS Order Discount Deadline: Wednesday, July 8
Confirmed exhibitors will recieve a "Welcome Email" directly from IMS with a link to the Exhibitor Service Kit. The kit contains all information including shipping dates and addresses and links to order booth flooring (mandatory), furnishings, and electricity.
Each exhibitor is required to have a credit card on file on the IMS secure Online Ordering Portal for any show site incidentals, even if not ordering flooring or furnishings.
